CUISINE ENSEMBLE (1993) and CUISINE ENCORE (1996)

Nearly 300 pages long, each of these two cookbooks are Limited Private Editions compiled and edited by Eric DENOYER (nephew of HGdeN).

The recipes all came down from members of the large GAILLET family now numbering 107 living in the United States.

The original entries run from standard down-to-earth foods to extremely original concoctions such as: "Honorable Arato-Son's Thai Fried Rice," "Epinard Imperial," "Donald Trump Duck with Marla Maple Syrup Sauce," and "Jackie Kennedy Chicken Kashmire"! Illustrated by Anci STANCIOFF and Ann LITTLE.
